🌟 The Certified School Counsellor Program is designed for individuals who wish to build a rewarding career guiding young learners through one of the most important decisions of their lives – choosing the right career path. This 20-hour blended course combines live interactive sessions with self-paced learning, offering a practical and flexible route for aspiring counsellors, teachers, graduates, and professionals considering a transition into the counselling field.

The program provides a strong foundation in the principles of career guidance, exploring how students think, choose, and respond to career-related information. Participants learn how to interpret psychometric assessments, conduct one-to-one counselling conversations, and support school-aged learners with clarity, confidence, and empathy. Through real case examples, structured frameworks, and hands-on activities, learners gain the skills needed to guide students effectively in today’s rapidly changing career landscape.

In addition to core theory, the course places considerable emphasis on employability.
